Processing Time
All soap products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipment. During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying orders and destinations.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship using USPS and UPS, depending on order size and destination. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Heat & Weather Disclaimer
Our soaps are made with natural oils and butters. Extreme heat or cold may affect the appearance of your soap during transit, including sweating, softening, or minor cosmetic changes. These changes do not affect the quality or usability of the product.
We are not responsible for heat-related or weather-related damage once the package has been shipped. We recommend bringing packages indoors as soon as they are delivered.
Delivery Issues
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Returned Packages
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require additional postage for reshipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products so we can assist you.
