Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)

  • The original packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not issued.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
